At Divano, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home furnishings. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Ensure all furniture is disassembled and placed back in its original packaging to prevent damage during the transit process.

  Schedule Collection

  Our dedicated logistics partner will contact you within 48 hours to arrange a convenient time for the professional pickup of your items.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange credit will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
